Shijiazhuang No. 9 Middle School

Shijiazhuang Middle School No. 9, under the leadership of Principal Mr. Zhou Junhan, has three campuses being one of the largest schools in the city of Shijiazhuang. The school has more than 5000 students and 350 teachers and is equipped with 108 classrooms, eight science labs, four multi-function classrooms and eight computer classrooms. Also, a plastic cement sports area, a modern recording-broadcasting studio and emotional release rooms can be found on campus.

History
Shijiazhuang No. 9 Middle School was founded in 1956.
In recent years the school has been focusing on international communication and has a close relationship with many schools all over the world.

In September 2011 Shijiazhuang No. 9 Middle School and Gefion Gymnasium signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the purpose of establishing a cooperative relationship and to embark international cooperation and exchange program.

Gefion and Shijiazhuang No. 9 Middle School
In September 2013 Gefion had the honour of hosting Shijiazhuang No. 9 Middle School. Mr. Zhang Chang, Vice-Principal, Mrs. Chen Na, Coordinator of International Programs and Mr. Wei Yongjun, English Department spent five days at Gefion visiting classes, sight seeing, and exchanging educational views.
